About Siddharth

A life shaped by curiosity, responsibility and connection.

I am Siddharth Vinayak Joshi. My life has been shaped by a love for travel and collecting, a deep connection with my family heritage, and a strong belief in giving back to society.

My grandfather's journey from Medha in Raigad district to becoming a respected businessman in Thane gave our family an enduring belief: society gives us much, and it is our duty to give back.

A family legacy

Kutirodyog Mandir

Three generations. One enduring Thane institution.

Founded by my grandfather in December 1953, Kutirodyog Mandir began as a sweetmeat shop and grew through my father's efforts into a restaurant known for homely Maharashtrian cooking alongside South Indian and North Indian dishes.

After nearly three decades in corporate life across Adventity, Accenture, Citibank and Tata Consultancy Services, I returned to this family enterprise—bringing my professional experience back to my roots.

Giving back

Service is an active responsibility.

My involvement is hands-on: administration, accounts, compliance, community liaison and day-to-day decisions.

Education

Late Mahadeo Vishnu Joshi Charitable Trust

Classrooms, e-learning facilities, computers, furniture and uniforms for an Adivasi school at Jummapatti, plus nutrition support for approximately 11 schools in the Neral–Matheran area.

Heritage & community

Shri Ganapati Sansthan, Mahad

Active stewardship of an Ashtavinayak temple trust, including staff management, accounts, government liaison and community welfare projects around Mahad.

Inclusive education

Late Sheth Jayantilal Tribhuvandas Thanawala Education Society, Thane

Education and continued academic support for approximately 90 children with hearing impairment through SSC preparation and life skills.
